2. Prices listed are exclusive of the postage (unless informed otherwise).

Delivery Charges:

POSLAJU -

RM5.95 for 1-2 items (depends on weight of the material) within PENINSULAR M'sia (weight up to 500g)

RM8.60 for 1-2 items (depends on weight of the material) to SARAWAK (weight up to 500g).

RM 9.30 for 1 to 2 items (depends on weight of the material) to SABAH ( weight up to 500g)

*Additional postage will be charged for any additional item. At times, the postage fee stated above is only sufficient to cover the delivery cost for 1 item. We assure you that we are not making any profit from the postage fees, we are merely referring to the postage guide issued by Pos Malaysia.

3. Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable. So please be very sure when deciding on your purchases :).

4. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damage of the package during the course of delivery. Tracking number will be provided after we deliver via poslaju.

5. To be fair to all, we will observe the rule of "first come first serve". NO reservation of more than 2 days unless requested & agreed by us. Reservations of more than 2 days will be automatically cancelled and the item will be available for sale.

*please include full & correct address. ONLY Poslaju will be used for delivery (unless informed otherwise beforehand).

Choice of Bank: Maybank or CIMB or BSN.

For purchases from OUTSIDE MALAYSIA, paypal is preferred.

Step 3: Wait for our reply via email on the availability of the item (most of the time, our items are available unless stated otherwise) and confirmation on amount payable.

Step 4: To make payment, please refer to "Choice of Bank" in STEP 2 for the account numbers. Payment can be made via (a) ATM funds transfer (b) Direct Deposit via Cash Deposit machine (c) online transfer.
